Rob Fay is entering his 11th season as the Schoolcraft College Head Baseball Coach. Fay has been the Head Coach since the program's inception for the 2015-16 season. 

Under Fay's direction, the Ocelots have won 2 NJCAA Region 12 championships. Schoolcraft won the 2016 and 2018 Regional titles when they were a NJCAA D3 program. 

Following the 2020 COVID cancelled season, Fay managed the Ocelots transition to a NJCAA D2 program. During that first season as a D2 program, the Ocelots reached, at the time, a program best conference record of 14-14. That best record propelled the Ocelots to qualify for the NJCAA Region 12 D2 post-season in the first year competing in D2. 

This past season, the Ocelots posted a record of 19-31 with a 6-19 conference record.  

Under Fay's direction, he has guided 52 players to move on and continue their academic and athletic careers at 4 year schools. There have also been 2 players that have gone on to play professional baseball.
